If you find yourself visiting the Tunghai Villa shopping district, perhaps to enjoy its well-loved chicken feet jelly, take a stroll down Lane 1, XinXing Road. Past a few grass jelly shops, you'll notice a two-story, matte-black building on your left. A stretch of artificial grass softens its entrance and the glow of warm lights spills gently onto the street at night. This is TUBE, a quiet, yet distinctive, bar and bistro that invites you to step in and linger for a while.
Owner Aaron comes from a tech-industry background and is the third-generation operator of TUBE. For him, seeing students unwind over a drink brings genuine joy and he has created a space where guests can mingle with friends and soak up the lively energy, or retreat to the bar for a quiet moment to savor the atmosphere. Inside on the right is a small memory corner—a wall covered with Polaroid photos of many wonderful moments from over the years. A selection of books sits nearby, creating a cozy little nook filled with stories and sentiment.

The diverse drink menu offers over a hundred options, each crafted personally by bartenders. Aaron recommends classics such as the Moscow Mule (NT$220) and Long Island Iced Tea (NT$350). For something unique, try the Breaker (NT$320), a special mix of absinthe, kaoliang liquor and vanilla. There are also a variety of flavored rums, gins, vodkas, shots and party-style drinks. Non-drinkers can choose from a selection of mocktails and other beverages (NT$80-500).

如果你來東海別墅新興路的1巷15號買雞腳凍，不妨往裡面走一點。沿途曾經過幾家寶仙草凍的店，再往前走，就會往左手邊看到一棟黑色的透天厝，外頭鋪著人工草皮，夜裡打上燈光，格外醒目。那棟建築，就是TUBE酒吧。
現任老闆Aaron來自科技背景，是TUBE的第3代經營者。對他而言，看見學生們開心地喝酒是一件快樂的事。他將這裡打造成一個既能與朋友熟聚會，也能獨自靜靜坐在吧台、享受氛圍的空間。
走進店裡，右手邊牆上掛滿拍立得振片，記錄著店裡多年的美好回憶時光，旁邊還放置著各式書籍，像是一個藏著故事與情感的小角落。
