Beitun District and northern Taichung City residents finally have a shopping mall and it's the city's biggest, with about 16,600 square meters of space on eight above-ground and three basement levels. Adjacent to Intercontinental Baseball Stadium, the massive complex features a huge range of shopping, food and beverage, and entertainment options. Among 500 brands, 150 are either first-in-Taiwan stores, exclusive Taichung stores or flagship stores.
Over 50 restaurants also include 21 first-in-Taiwan or exclusive Taichung establishments, from casual to high-end Asian and western gourmet dining. These are spread through the mall, especially in the sprawling B1-level food court and restaurant area— where there's also a Lopia Japan supermarket— and on the fifth and sixth floors (see Sports Nation "What's New" article). Attractive features include open multi-floor spaces, where the striking LED-lit Lumina Oculus sculpture and Discover X exhibition space are found. A spacious outdoor sixth-floor Sky Park includes green spaces and panoramic views, with a seventh-floor Sky Walk leading to the eighth-floor Sky Camp with "urban rooftop day-glamping".
北屯區與北都的居民終於迎來一座大型購物中心，而且還是全市規模最大，總面積約16,600平方公尺，地上8層、地下3層。這座大型商場緊鄰洲際棒球場，匯集多元的購物、餐飲與娛樂選擇。館內約有500個品牌，其中150個為全台首店、台中獨家或旗艦店。
超過50間餐廳中有21間為全台首店或台中獨家進駐，從輕鬆用餐到高端亞洲與西式美饌一應俱全。餐飲空間分布於全館，特別集中於寬敞的B1美食街與餐廳區（其中亦設有日本Lopia超市），以及5樓與6樓（詳見 Sports Nation「What's New 最新報導」專欄）。商場的一大亮點為挑高的開放式多層空間，設有引人注目的LED燈光裝置藝術「Lumina Oculus」，與「Discover X」展演空間。6樓戶外的 Sky Park擁有寬敞綠地與遠闊視野，7樓的Sky Walk可通往8樓的 Sky Camp，提供「城市屋頂日間豪華露營（day-glamping）」體驗。
