The owner of Yizhong shopping district's Huayang Conveyor Belt Hotpot has opened this vegetarian hotpot restaurant, seating about 30. Its menu revolves around fresh vegetables and natural, wholesome ingredients and flavors, with minimal processing and seasoning. Individual hotpot meal sets start from NT$339+10% and include an appetizer, main pot, starch, beverage and dessert. There is also a generously portioned shared vegetable platter. Carefully selected seasonal veggies include kale, ice plant crystal leaf, white water snowflake and a variety of mushrooms, providing vibrant colors and rich nutrition. Hot pot varieties—each with its own unique flavors—include Garden Vegetable; Soy Milk; and Sweet Fragrant Thousand-Layer Vegetables. The Miso Soy Milk hotpot, paired with deep-fried Sendai fish paste (made from soy protein), is particularly hearty with a light, naturally sweet broth that becomes more flavorful as it simmers. Handmade noodles are chewy and satisfying, especially when paired with a mildly spicy sauce. Meals have a refreshing, balanced finish with smooth peanut tofu pudding and a sweet vinegar drink.

店家老闆在一中商圈經營「花漾轉轉鍋」後,打造可容納約30人的「花悅蔬香」,主打以新鮮蔬食為核心的健康鍋物。餐點強調天然原型食材、少加工調味,呈現蔬菜最純粹的風味。

單人火鍋套餐339元+10%起,包含前菜、主鍋、主食拉麵、手作全麥麵、蔬香麵、壽司米、冬粉等選擇、飲品與甜點,另提供份量十足的蔬菜共享盤,讓用餐不只是個人鍋,更有團爐時的溫馨感。蔬菜嚴選庸孜食材如:羽衣甘藍、冰花、水蓮與多種菇類,兼具色彩與營養。

鍋物分為蔬菜百圍鍋、豆漿鍋與甜香千層鍋,各具特色;味增豆漿鍋搭配以大豆蛋白製作的仙台揚,用料實在。湯頭清爽口甜,燉煮更顯層次。手打麵彈牙帶勁,搭配微辣醬汁更添風味,最後以綿密花生豆花與甜醋飲作結束,清爽不膩。
