Ruban Bistro has relocated from Taiwan Boulevard to this new location just behind SOGO Department Store. Owner Matt Bronsil removed steaks from his menu but other popular food/drink offerings remain mostly unchanged. These include best-selling items like the NT$380 Cubano Sandwich, Beef Lasagna, Hockey Cup Winner Burger, topped with bacon, blue cheese and pickled apples, and The Baconator Burger (NT$350). There is also their wildly hardsell Taco Trio (3 for NT$380), "48 Hours" Baby Back Ribs (NT$750) and Poutine — fries topped with homemade gravy and fresh cheese curds. A comprehensive bar selection features Kirin draft beer (500cc NT$180), NT$130 bottled beers, the popular Margarita (NT$280) and other cocktails, mocktails, and an excellent, regularly-changing whisky list. The downstairs area has an attractive 10-seat bar, more seating along a long wall bar, and some tables. Upstairs, there's a pool table, foosball table, wall-mounted video game console with Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga and other vintage arcade video games, plus some comfortable seating.
如郭法式加拿大料理已從台灣大道遷址至隱三SOGO百貨後方的新店面，老闆Matt Bronsil雖然將牛排從菜單中移除，但嚴受歡迎的餐點與飲品本致維持不變。
招牌餐點包括熱銷的炭烤古巴三明治（380元）、牛絞肉千層麵，以及曾獲 Hockey Cup 冠軍漢堡，搭配培根、藍級起司與釀蘋果，風味層次豐富。另一款人氣經典起司堡（350元）同樣深受顧客喜愛。此外，還有手撕豬肉硬殼塔可三重奏(3份380元)、經過48小時慢火烹調的豬肋排（750元），以及加拿大經典小吃肉汁喜堡—在喜堡上淋上自製肉汁醬與新鮮起司凝乳，鹹香濃郁。
酒吧的飲品選擇同樣豐富，包含麒麟生啤酒（500cc/180元）、瓶裝啤酒（130元起）、深受歡迎的瑪格麗特（280元）以及各式經典調酒、無酒精調飲。此外，店內還備有一份內容經常更新的優質威士忌酒單，值得細細探索。
一樓空間設有一座充滿氛圍的10人座吧台、沿牆吧台座位以及一般用餐桌位；2樓則採購有撞球桌、桌上足球樓，以及配備備《小精靈小姐》（Ms. Pac-Man）、《大蜜蜂》（Galaga）等經典街機遊戲的壁掛式遊戲主機，再搭配舒適座位區，營造出輕鬆愉意的聚會空間。
