Whether you choose the tangy, appetizing Thai Spicy-and-Sour Soup or rich, creamy Coconut Milk broth, you can enjoy the fragrant aromas of natural ingredients such as lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves. You can also add a Copper Grill (NT$10) to your meal, with meat selections (NT$390-850) including Beef Short Ribs, Iberico Pork, New Zealand Lamb, and Cherry Duck. As meat is grilled, savory juices slowly drip over the rim, enriching the broth with additional flavors and allowing you to enjoy the best of both barbecue and hotpot in one meal. Both set meals include a vegetable platter and complimentary ice pop.
As Yizhuan's original flagship location, the Caotun branch preserves the spirit and character of the family's initial venture. With its relaxing rural surroundings, it's filled with warmth, hospitality and a charming rustic atmosphere that loyal customers appreciate.
