This bar offers a lively new alternative to the typical, dimly-lit dive. Youthful American owners Patrick and Carl focus on serving up Taiwanese craft beers, plus a few wines, in a venue that is also used for art and fun. Just inside the entrance is a mural that customers are invited to paint on. On the other side is an art, poetry and photography exhibition wall. Sports and movies (on occasional movie nights) are also projected onto the wall. Craft beers include Red Point Brewing’s creations, rarely-seen in Taichung, like the seasonal Pumpkin Ale (NT$200), with a hint of cinnamon and perfect for autumn enjoyment. Top seller Taihu Brewing Venus Strawberry Cider (bottle NT$200, pitcher NT$250) is a female favorite with its fragrant, sweet flavor. The higher-alcohol-content 23 Public Craft Beer Wee Heavy Scotch Ale (NT$200) has a hint of whisky and dark beer flavors. Snacks include Mozzarella Sticks, Chicken Wings and French Fries (NT$100-250). 走進酒吧給人的既定印象是幽暗、浪漫，而這間主要供應台灣在地的啤酒品牌與少許葡萄酒的酒吧，卻充滿活力且煥然一新。來自美國的兩位年輕老闆 Patrick與Carl經營的這間不僅是酒吧，更兼具藝術與玩樂。店家的右側牆面可讓顧客盡情以水彩著色的塗鴉牆；左側則是桌椅和藝術、詩詞與攝影作品的展覽區；再往內走還有播放運動時事的電視牆。店內的啤酒特色是在台中較為罕見的紅點手工鮮釀啤酒，包含季節供應帶有肉桂香的紅點手工南瓜啤酒(200元)，相當適合在秋季享用。店家最受歡迎的是臺虎莓納斯的誕生 (瓶裝200元/壺裝250元)，香甜草莓滋味適合女性品嘗；23號釀酒廠推出的高酒精度啤酒，黑糖乾爹(200元)則散發些微威士忌與黑啤的口感。搭配啤酒的點心則包含起司條、雞翅與薯條(100-250元)。另外，也不時會舉辦有趣的社區活動與遊戲：啤酒乒乓與翻轉杯子，相關訊息可至店家臉書查詢。
