This nostalgic-feeling tea shop, whose Chinese name means “serving tea sincerely”, was founded in Kaohsiung. After it expanded to Taipei and earned a good reputation, the owner has decided to open a Taichung branch on the third floor of the Park Lane by CMP/Eslite mall. The menu of classic Taiwanese items from the Kaohsiung store is offered here, including local teas and premium delicacies. There are also innovative dishes among the many main courses, plus snacks, hot/cold drinks, specialty desserts, and take-out pineapple cake gift boxes. In addition, the Taichung chef offers some limited-quantity items like Fish Head Casserole with Rice (NT$380); Taiwanese Braised Dishes with Pickled Guava (NT$200); and Classic Yonshin Style Milk Tea with Boba (NT$200), which pays tribute to Taichung as the birthplace of bubble/boba tea. Seating areas include private rooms, sofas and an outdoor section, all excellent for dining and afternoon tea gatherings (reservations recommended).

品牌取自台語諧音「用心奉茶」，復古且充滿設計感的臺味茶餐廳創始於高雄，在台北成功插旗並打響知名度後，選在台中勤美誠品3樓展店。
延續上一代在高雄經營的老新台菜風格，永心鳳茶結合在地茶飲文化與南北家常風味餐食小吃，設計出前衛但講究的菜單；提供多種主餐、茶食、冷/熱茶飲、多款特製甜點及外帶鳳梨酥禮盒。主廚也特別為台中店研發出限定版的什錦砂鍋魚飯（380元）、櫥窗涼拌滷味（200元）和向珍奶發源地致敬的「永心濃厚珍奶」（200元）。餐廳有分戶外、小包廂與沙發區，適合用餐或午茶聚會。
