Wine Not is the first Taichung wine-tasting shop to focus on natural wines. Professional sommelier/owner Max offers nearly a hundred such wines from Europe, North America, Australia, Japan and Taiwan. Jokingly describing his business as a “soul-searching pharmacy”, he believes that his selection offers excellent flavors, with the origins and winemaking processes of these wines expressing a unique culture and philosophy. The shop’s wine menu is very simple; every bottle on the wall shelves has a price tag (NT$1,400-2,000) and customers are welcome to make a choice when they enter. Daily special wines by glass (NT$250-400) are also available. No food is offered here but you can bring your own outside items to eat for an added clean-up fee. There is a minimum NT$1,000 per person order during holidays. Besides in-house wine enjoyment, the owner also offers customized select-wine gatherings and other events (call for details).

WINE NOT是台中首間以自然派葡萄酒為主題的品飲空間，由專業侍酒師/老闆Max精挑細選來自歐、美、澳、日與台灣在地近百款的佳釀。老闆戲稱WINE NOT為「心靈藥局」，不只因為他推薦的酒款自然好喝，每款佳釀背後的風土與釀造故事，也充滿人生哲學，而透過品飲還能認識各地獨特的葡萄酒文化。 「酒單」一目瞭然，一瓶瓶標了價的酒款擺在入口牆上（平均1400-2000元），可依照預算或親睞的酒標挑選；另有每日特選單杯紅、白酒（250-400元）可以嚐鮮。目前暫不提供食物，自備餐點會酌收清潔費，假日則有低消1,000元/人。而除了到店內小酌聊天，老闆也貼心的提供客製化選酒以及包場服務（詳情請電洽)。
