If you enjoy discovering single-origin coffees, Waka Cafe’s adorable wood decor is the perfect setting to start your treasure hunt. Shelves are filled with a variety of coffee drip bags from around the world, including Panama, Costa Rica, Kenya and Ethiopia, allowing you to find almost any flavor you might want. Another unique aspect of this cafe is its purchasing team, which visits local coffee farms in many countries and includes coffee cuppers to do tastings before directly importing beans without middlemen. An Espresso made with these top-grade beans is NT$90 to NT$200. Add NT$30 to upgrade to a Latte, or add NT$55 for Oatmeal with Milk, and siphon coffee (add NT$50). Besides aromatic coffees, you can savor an order or waffles, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside, drizzled with caramel, honey, or savory vanilla marinated tender chicken or tuna (all are NT$35-90). Other selections include salads, pizza; Oolong Tea; and Waka Farm Milk.

如果你是單品咖啡愛好者，這間可愛充滿了原木設計的小咖啡屋會是個挖寶的好地方。架上擺滿許多來自各國的咖啡手沖包，巴拿馬、哥斯大黎加、肯亞、衣索比亞、等各地產區的咖啡品項琳瑯滿目，只要你想喝得幾乎都可以找到，更特別的是有自己的團隊直接飛至世界各地小農的產區進行購買，也有自己的杯測師把關每一杯好咖啡，並從產區直接進口，不經中盤商剝削，給當地小農技術和支持。所以將店名取為WAKA就是南非語中-勇往直前的意思，和小農站在一起努力加油，帶給消費者最好品質的咖啡。義式咖啡選擇不同的品豆價位落在每杯90元-200元，升級拿鐵額外加30元或燕麥奶55元，以虹吸手沖現煮+50元。除了香氣濃郁的好咖啡外，現烤比利時鬆餅也大推，除了酥脆的餅皮因為特別配方把麻糬融入其中吃起來Q軟綿密，可淋上焦糖、蜂蜜或鹹的起司香草醃製的嫩雞肉或鮪魚(價位35元~90元)或來盤沙拉或披薩當輕食，不喝咖啡也有加味烏龍茶、小農奶茶等選項。
