The noodle dishes here are rather ordinary-looking but offer unforgettable flavors, as shown by the fact that this little shop earned a 2020 Michelin Bib Gourmand recommendation.
The delicious noodles are paired with succulent, thick-sliced pork ribs in the signature Pork Ribs Noodles (NT$120/large). Other top dishes include Beef Noodles (NT$140/large) and Preserved Vegetables Noodles, and all are offered in large and small bowls. The refreshing, flavorful noodle broth exudes preserved vegetable fragrances and joins chewy beef and tendons that pair nicely with the smooth thin noodles, chopped scallions, garlic and chili oil in a bowl for a simple, but perfect, combination. Tasty cold side dishes (NT$50) include Sauteed Cabbage, Pickled Turnips, Spicy Peppered Peanuts, and Coriander and Green Onions, which are also available in take-home jars (NT$200~250). There are also cups of refreshing, mildly sweet-and-sour plum soup (a type of drink) with a hint of smokiness that cuts the oiliness of the food. Another unique feature here is the owner’s use of a microphone to take guest orders at the entrance, offering a traditional, human touch from the past.

有一種簡單的麵看似平凡無奇，但吃了卻會想念。這間位在市府路上小小的店面，因獲得2020米其林必比登排行榜美食推薦而聲名大噪，除了麵條Q彈好吃，排骨滷的入味厚實，最大的特色就是坐在店門口的老闆娘拿著麥克風大聲地替客人吆喝點餐，在現今科技制式化的菜單下，反而顯出重回舊時光的人情味。
各種主推麵點有豬排麵(120元-大碗)、牛肉麵(140元-大碗)、酸菜麵…都分大/小碗，湯頭都很清爽，醃漬的酸菜鹹香入味，牛肉紮實中帶牛筋，細麵的質地非常滑順，特別配上贈送的蔥段和蒜頭辣椒油，椒麻的香氣拌在麵裡，簡直就是靈魂的昇華，把原本平淡的味覺像音符一樣立馬調高，完美這一餐。其他各種好吃的冰箱小菜-涼拌菜心、醃漬大頭菜、麻辣辣椒花生、香菜蔥段，每一包都是50元。如果吃的不過癮還可以買一整罐回家享用(200~250元)。除了麵點還可來杯去油解膩的酸梅湯，喝起來很清爽，帶著淡淡煙燻烏梅的味，溫和不刺激，這裡賣的不只是麵，而是歲月沉澱的美好。
