This large classy, attractive bar (whose name means “spirit/soul” in Arabic) is located on the second floor of Chilliesine Indian Restaurant’s Chaofu branch. Up to 60 can relax in the atmospherically illuminated premises, with Indian and other exotic decorative highlights, and enjoy romantic evening views of 7th Redevelopment Zone skyscrapers and Maple Garden Park across the street. A small stage periodically hosts live musicians and an elevated, glassed-in inner area seating about 25 is equipped with projector and screen for special gatherings.
Head bartender Pant Kaman offers 21 cocktails (NT$190-300), 11 mocktails (NT$100-170), 13 bottled beers (NT$120-400), various shots, whiskeys, wines, champagne, other spirits and Indian milk teas. The food selection is a combination of typical western fried bar food and some very unique Indian-inspired items, like Pizza Paratha (NT$180), a version of Indian aloo naan flatbread stuffed with cheese and potatoes; slightly Indian-flavored Masala Nachos (NT$180); and vegetable or chicken Maggie Noodles, made with imported, popular Indian instant noodles.
